Sara is a professionally qualified hypnotherapist and is one of the most successful practitioners to graduate from the National Centre for Eating Disorders. She has studied with some of the leading experts in the field of hypnosis – Tom Silver and Paul McKenna – and is certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy, one of the largest governing bodies in the world. Sara has worked with many hundreds of people since 2001 having a riche experience in dealing with many mental and physical health challenges that have prevented them from developing.
